Medium dark roast. for over a century the dominguez family has been growing coffee in their family estate nestled in the andes mountains of western venezuela. being just ten degrees off the equator and at an altitude of 4500 feet, our family plantation is blessed with a very even climate and rich soil ideal for growing this 100% arabica coffee. the original bourbon coffee stock was brought directly from africa in 1783.the dominquez estate is very proud to bring you this full-bodied and sweet coffee for your enjoyment. dilettante coffee is specially blended to compliment our chocolates and to provide a smooth taste.
